Description
The 16’ x 8’ window was thoroughly cleaned, broken glass restored, missing glass replaced and all panels completely releaded. The three figurative medallions are the only copperfoiled sections found in the window. These were not re-foiled but cleaned, broken glass repaired then reglazed into the window.
During this restoration it was discovered that sections of this window had been removed and repaired. At that time 5–10% non-matching glass was used in the repair. Those repairs have been replaced with new custom-made glass to match.
The window was re-dedicated in July 2018.
